Instructions
- Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- Add ketchup, brown sugar, honey, molasses, Dijon mustard, chipotle, and apple cider vinegar, and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Puree the sauce using an immersion blender or regular blender.
- Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken on one side for 5 minutes without flipping.
- Brush the top side of the chicken with sauce before flipping.
- Cook the second side for 4-5 minutes until done, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
