Roasted Green Beans with Lemon and Garlic

The marinade

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F convection or 450°F non-convection.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Magic Mushroom Powder or kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Add the green beans to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast the green beans in the oven for 10-15 minutes for thinner beans or 15-20 minutes for thicker beans, flipping every 5 minutes.
- Check for tenderness and charred spots to determine doneness.
- Serve the green beans with lemon wedges and optionally sprinkle with toasted almond slivers.
