Ingredients

The green beans

  • 1 pound green beans or haricots verts

The seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • scant ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and trim the ends off the green beans, then pat them dry.
