Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Add the green beans and roughly chopped garlic to a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss the green beans until coated.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the green beans are golden.
- Remove from the oven and squeeze half of the lemon juice over the beans.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve.
