The green beans

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide the green beans evenly between the baking sheets.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Spread the beans evenly on the baking sheets.
- Roast for 14 to 16 minutes, or until tender and browned.
- If using, drizzle with lemon juice and toss to coat, adding grated garlic if desired.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with Parmesan cheese, almonds, and lemon zest if desired.
