Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Add the green beans to the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast the green beans for 15 minutes without disturbing them.
- Shake the pan to turn the beans and roast for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- While the green beans roast, toast the almonds in a small saucepan over low heat until golden.
- Once the beans are done, sprinkle with toasted almonds and Parmesan cheese before serving.
