Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the green beans and olive oil, stirring to coat the beans evenly.
- 3. Season the green beans with salt and pepper.
- 4. Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- 5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle minced garlic and sliced almonds over the green beans.
- 6. Stir to mix and spread the beans back into a single layer.
- 7. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until the beans are cooked through and the garlic and almonds are lightly golden.
