Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, melted butter, garlic, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat, placing the chicken skin side down first.
- Bake the chicken for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the tops are golden brown.
