Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 baking dish.
- 2. In a food processor, combine almonds, pecans, coconut, salt, butter, and honey, and pulse until it forms a loose ball.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples with cinnamon and lemon juice until coated.
- 4. Spread the apple mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- 5. Top the apples with the nut and coconut mixture, distributing it evenly.
- 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
- 7. Allow to cool before serving.
