Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sugar and egg until smooth, then add the melted butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the grated zucchini to the wet mixture until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Toss ¾ cup of chocolate chips in a teaspoon of flour and fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bread for 15 minutes in the pan, then invert onto a plate and cool for another 15 minutes before slicing.
