Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 9"-x-5" loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sugar, zucchini, melted butter, eggs, and sour cream, then add vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the zucchini mixture until just mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then remove and let cool completely before slicing.
