Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in canola oil and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then fold in zucchini, pecans, and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes until edges pull away from the pan.
- Cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan.
