Homemade Eggnog

Instructions
- Combine egg yolks, heavy cream, and water in a food processor and blend for 45 seconds.
- Pulse in honey, nutmeg, and vanilla stevia.
- If using, pulse in salt.
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks using a hand blender.
- Mix the whipped egg whites into the eggnog mixture with three quick pulses.
- Chill the eggnog and serve.
