Clean Eating Eggnog

almond milk or any milk you fancy

organic, pastured eggs

nutmeg
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes until light and airy.
- Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and heat on low for 15 minutes, stirring often to avoid boiling.
- Allow the eggnog to cool slightly, then transfer to a mason jar or leave in the pot and refrigerate overnight to chill.
- Serve as is, over ice, with alcohol, or stirred into coffee.
