Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk or any milk you fancy
  • 2 eggs organic, pastured eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes until light and airy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and heat on low for 15 minutes, stirring often to avoid boiling.
  3. Allow the eggnog to cool slightly, then transfer to a mason jar or leave in the pot and refrigerate overnight to chill.
  4. Serve as is, over ice, with alcohol, or stirred into coffee.
