Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • tsp ground allspice
  • 4 large pastured egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes until well combined.
  2. Serve chilled with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
