Homemade Eggnog

Instructions
- Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until combined.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the cream, whole milk, evaporated milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and sea salt until it starts to simmer.
- Slowly add the milk mixture to the egg and sugar mixture, whisking continuously until combined.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and whisk constantly until it slightly thickens, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the eggnog into a pitcher and garnish with nutmeg and cinnamon sticks if desired.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
