Easy Pork and Broccoli Asian Noodles

Instructions
- Make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together in a large glass measuring cup.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Place broccoli florets in a microwave-safe bowl or steam basket.
- Preheat a large frying pan over high heat and add the ghee.
- When the water boils, add the pork to the hot pan and throw the noodles in the boiling water.
- Microwave the broccoli for 2 minutes or steam it over the noodles.
- Once the pork is cooked (about 2 minutes), lower the heat, and add the broccoli and cooked noodles to the pan.
- Add the peanuts and sauce to the pan, stirring gently until combined.
- Continue cooking for about 30 seconds until the sauce thickens, then serve immediately.
