Ingredients

The sauce

  • ¾ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

The stir-fry

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • lbs pork tenderloin or pork chops
  • 1 small head broccoli
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • ½ small red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet and cook the pork until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Return the pork to the skillet, add the sauce, and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
