Pork Stir Fry

fresh broccoli, chopped

boneless pork loin chops, sliced into thin strips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the stir fry sauce in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened, then transfer to a small bowl.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of avocado oil to the skillet and heat through.
- Add the pork strips to the skillet, cooking approximately 1 minute per side until browned.
- Pour the stir fry sauce into the skillet with the browned pork and return the veggies to the skillet.
- Stir to combine everything and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and serve over rice, with noodles, or on its own.
