The dressing

Instructions
- Combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, red grapes, apple, celery, pecans, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small food processor, blend sour cream, goat cheese, milk, honey, rosemary, vanilla, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately over a bed of leafy greens or refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow flavors to meld.
