Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and cubed or shredded chicken
  • ½ cup halved grapes
  • cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, red onion, walnuts, and basil in a bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice, then stir until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
