Classic Waldorf Salad Wraps
Ingredients
The salad

cooked chicken, diced

chopped walnuts

diced apple

sliced grapes

chopped celery

mayonnaise

lemon juice

salt + pepper
The wrap
-
as needed
flour tortillas

lettuce or spinach
Instructions
- Mix the chicken, walnuts, apple, grapes, and celery in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and stir until combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and add about ½ cup of lettuce to each.
- Spoon ½ to ¾ cup of the chicken salad onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- To seal, use a toothpick or press the fold onto a hot pan for about 60 seconds.
- Cut and serve.
