Instructions
- Blend the avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, red onion, grapes, apples, and nuts.
- Mix in the avocado dressing and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve on greens, in lettuce wraps, or on cucumber slices.
