Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Blender Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin.
- Blend the oats until they resemble coarse flour.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the blender and blend until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
