Honey Mustard Glazed Carrots

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut off the greens from the carrots, wash them, and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and mustard until combined.
- Drizzle half of the honey mustard mixture over the carrots and rub it in. Season with salt.
- Bake the carrots for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining honey mustard mixture.
- Serve the glazed carrots.
