Ingredients

The crust

  • 10 oz frozen cauliflower rice (thawed)
  • 1 cup low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg white
  • cup Kraft Parmesan cheese (in the can)
  • 2 tablespoons Whey Protein Powder (optional)

Seasonings (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw the cauliflower rice and squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean towel.
  3. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine the melted cheese and egg white in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  5. Add the squeezed cauliflower rice and remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until a dough forms.
  6. Transfer the dough to the parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a 10-inch circle.
  7. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  8. Flip the crust and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  9. Top with desired toppings and bake for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
