Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw the cauliflower rice and squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean towel.
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Combine the melted cheese and egg white in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the squeezed cauliflower rice and remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a 10-inch circle.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Flip the crust and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Top with desired toppings and bake for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
