Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up.
- Add onions and garlic, cooking until onions are translucent (8-10 minutes).
- Increase heat to high, add tomatoes, sweet potatoes, broth, and seasonings, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
