The sauce
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, hummus, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Form the mixture into 8 equally sized balls.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high.
- Place the meatballs in the skillet and press down to form patties.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip each patty.
- Top each patty with shredded mozzarella and cover to melt the cheese for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked patties to slider buns, add pizza sauce and pepperoni, and serve immediately.
