Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 115C/225F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the zucchini into very thin slices and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil and salt until lightly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 90 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, then let them cool completely.
