Zucchini Chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the zucchini into uniform slices, about 3/16th of an inch thick.
- Dry the zucchini slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Arrange the zucchini slices on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Brush the tops of the slices lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the zucchini chips, flipping them after 30 minutes and again at 1 hour.
- Continue to bake, monitoring closely, until the chips are crispy, which may take between 1½ to 2¼ hours.
- Once done, let the chips cool on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
