Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini into 1/8-inch thick slices and pat dry.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices in olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on baking racks set over cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for about 2 1/2 hours, rotating the pans halfway through.
  6. Allow chips to cool in the oven with the heat off and the door slightly open.
