Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients except coconut in a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then add coconut and mix.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes to toast the coconut.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
