Homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, pumpkin spice seasoning, ground cinnamon, salt, pecans, and pepitas.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with a silicon mat or parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the granola every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and let cool, then toss in the cranberries before serving.
