Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and salt, and mix well.
- Add the maple syrup to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow the granola to cool completely, then break it into pieces and store in an airtight container.
