Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, avocado oil, sriracha, mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes until the sprouts are fork tender and the leaves begin to brown.
