Crispy Air Fryer Tofu

The tofu and marinade

Coating

nutritional yeast

corn starch

neutral oil

Instructions
- Press the tofu for at least 10 minutes to remove excess water.
- Dice the pressed tofu into one-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable broth, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the diced tofu to the marinade and toss to combine.
- Transfer the tofu to a plate or bowl, then sprinkle with corn starch and nutritional yeast, tossing to coat.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and spread the tofu in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Add 2 extra minutes for crispier tofu.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and an extra sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
