Crispy Air Fryer Tofu

Instructions
- Wrap the tofu in two layers of paper towels and place it under a heavy skillet for 30 minutes to press out moisture.
- After 30 minutes, unwrap the tofu and wrap it again in fresh paper towels, pressing it for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Cut the pressed tofu into evenly-sized cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Sprinkle salt over all sides of the tofu cubes.
- Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Lightly spray the tofu with neutral oil and shake the basket to coat the tofu.
- Air fry the tofu for 5 minutes, then shake the basket to toss the tofu and check doneness.
- Continue air frying in 5-minute increments, shaking the basket each time, until the desired crispiness is achieved.
- Once done, carefully remove the tofu from the air fryer and serve immediately or toss in sauce if desired.
