Ingredients

The tofu

  • 14 ounces extra-firm tofu

The seasoning

  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu by wrapping it in a towel and placing a heavy object on top for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  3. In a bowl, mix the avocado oil, tamari, and sriracha.
  4. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and toss them in the bowl to coat.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again.
  6. Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  7. Air fry for 11 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
