Instructions
- Press the tofu by wrapping it in a towel and placing a heavy object on top for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix the avocado oil, tamari, and sriracha.
- Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and toss them in the bowl to coat.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again.
- Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 11 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
