Crispy Tofu in the Air Fryer

Instructions
- Drain the tofu and tear it into 2-inch pieces.
- Boil water with salt and pour it over the tofu, letting it soak for 5 minutes.
- Drain the tofu and blot it dry with paper towels.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu with avocado oil, Tamari, and black pepper.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and arrowroot starch, mixing until no white powder is visible.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the tofu inside, ensuring space between pieces.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
