Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water using a towel or a heavy object.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add cooking oil and sesame oil to the tofu and mix well.
- Add the spices and corn starch, then toss until the tofu is evenly coated.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 16-20 minutes, tossing once during cooking.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
