Instructions
- Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess liquid.
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Add avocado oil and sesame oil to the tofu and toss to coat.
- Add arrowroot powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss until the tofu is evenly coated.
- Arrange the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
