One Bowl Chocolate Chip Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F if using a glass pan) and grease a 9X13-inch pan.
- Combine all cake batter ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-combined.
- Whisk together the cinnamon and sugar.
- Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar and half of the chocolate chips.
- Dollop the remaining batter on top and spread evenly, then sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
