Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats and butter, then pour in boiling water and let cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the cooled oatmeal mixture until combined.
- Add flour and chocolate chips, stirring until just combined.
