Instructions
- Add strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar to the pot without stirring.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select Pressure Cook for 1 minute (2 minutes for frozen berries).
- After cooking, turn off the pot and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Release steam slowly, ensuring no strawberry juice spews out.
- Once safe, open the lid and add the cornstarch slurry, stirring well.
