Instant Pot Strawberry Applesauce

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the inner pot of the pressure cooker.
- Put the lid on and set the steam release knob to Sealing position.
- Press the Manual (or Pressure Cook) button and select 4 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure cooker Naturally Release the steam for 15 minutes, then manually release the remaining steam.
- Once all steam is out, open the lid carefully.
- Stir the applesauce and mash the fruit to your desired consistency.
- If too watery, press the Sauté button and cook out some water, stirring constantly.
- Taste and adjust sugar if needed before transferring to containers.
