Instructions
- Put the prepared apples in the pot with the other ingredients.
- Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Press the Pressure Cook (or Manual) button and set the cooking time to 4 minutes.
- When the cooking cycle ends, let the pressure release naturally until the pin drops down.
- Open the lid and mash the apples to your desired texture.
- If the applesauce is too watery, use the Sauté function to cook it down while stirring constantly.
