Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot.
- Cover the pot and turn the valve to Sealing.
- Press Manual and set the cook time to 5 minutes.
- Once the pot comes to pressure and cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally.
- Remove the lid and mash the apples to your desired consistency.
- Taste and add maple syrup or honey if desired, then serve warm or refrigerate.
