Instructions
- Peel the apples and slice off the sides to remove the core and seeds.
- Cut the apples into 1-inch chunks or ½-inch pieces.
- Add the cut apples, water, and cinnamon to the Instant Pot.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to 'Sealing.'
- Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes using the Manual or Pressure Cook button.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then switch to 'Venting.'
- Once safe, remove the lid and mash the apples to your desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to 6 months.
