Instructions
- Add the cubed apples, water, and lemon juice to the Instant Pot and stir to coat the apples with lemon juice.
- Cover and seal the Instant Pot.
- Set the Instant Pot to pressure cooker setting on HIGH for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, let the steam naturally release for 20 minutes, then release any remaining steam.
- For chunky applesauce, smash the apples with a potato masher; for smooth applesauce, blend using an immersion blender or food processor.
