Instructions
- Prepare the oranges by slicing one into rounds and squeezing the juice from the remaining oranges into a pot.
- Pour the wine and brandy into the pot, and add the sweetener, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and cloves.
- Warm the mixture over medium heat until steaming, then reduce the heat to low.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, cooking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes if desired.
- Serve in mugs with optional garnishes like cranberries and additional orange slices.
